Our focus for this study is be the book of Hebrews, which gives us the metanarrative lens to read our entire Bible. In other words, Hebrews helps us read the Old Testament with the understanding of what Jesus has fulfilled and the New Testament with hope and anticipation of what is still to come. Our aim is to see and to celebrate the resounding theme of the “already-but-not-yet”.
As we study this book, our prayer is that you will grow in your understanding of the beauty of the gospel and that you will behold Jesus Christ as the only way to complete access to our Holy God. May you rejoice in His finished work and with confidence draw near to God.
